APPLICATION
The machine mainly produce the mini air sealing bag film(mini air cushion bag film),the cusion film is widely used in transport packaging. The equipment of this unit includes three extruders, automatic winding system, Mick weight system, upper traction rotating system, etc.
Note
The film expansion ratio should not be too large, otherwise it will easily cause the film bubble to become unstable, and the film is prone to wrinkles. Therefore, the inflation ratio should be properly matched with the traction ratio. Generally speaking, the inflation ratio of the low-density polyethylene (LDPE) film should be controlled at 2.5-3.0.
