Automatic aerosol actuator pressing machine is aiming to assemble actuator to aerosol valve stem automatically, with less manpower but more efficient.

Technical Description:

An automatic aerosol actuator pressing machine is composed of main pressing machine and actuator vibratory sorter.

Actuator vibratory sorter is seated on the machine working bench, and compressed air is the vibrating power resource. Actuators are poured into the sorter, or can be automatically fed by elevator with actuator storage hopper. Under the vibrating force, actuators in any profile and size can be sorted and delivered to pressing head one by one. The vibrating power can be adjusted by regulating compressed air pressure, it gives a soft and silent work.

Main pressing machine has its indexing unit and pressing working head. The working head can be switched on or off independently, so in case some aerosol products do not need to assemble actuator, but assemble aerosol cap with actuator inbuilt, only need to power on the indexing system to bypass the station without pressing working.

Elevator and safety cabinet is optional for customer.

Q1: I have both actuators for male and female valve, are they all workable by this aerosol actuator pressing machine?

A1: They can enjoy the same main machine, but the vibrating sorter need to be changed. For actuators with different profiles or sizes, there must be different vibrating sorter accordingly, because vibrating sorter is designed based on the exact profile of actuators.

Q2: I want every product have a test spray before packing, can the machine do this test spray?

A2: Yes, it can. By machine adjustment, we can control the test spray happens or not. Because some aerosol products need a test spray to release the air in dip tube or just to verify if the actuator works properly, but some of the products do not allow any spray, like aerosol spray paint.
